It was of the opinion that the Legislatures and the Judiciary would develop their own conventions in the light of the opinion given by the Supreme Court and the judgement pronounced by the Allahabad High Court . उसका मत था कि उच्चतम न्यायालय के मत तथा इलाहाबाद उच्च न्यायालय के निर्णय को ध्यान में रखते हुए विधानमंडल तथा न्यायपालिका अपनी निजी परिपाटियां बनाएंगी .

The trial begins with a plaint or an application -LRB- for example , an application under the Arbitration Act for filing the arbitration agreement and/or appointment of an Arbitrator -RRB- and ends with a judgement pronounced in the open court . विचारण , वाद या आवेदन ( उदाहरण के लिए माध्यस्थम् , अधिनियम के अधीन माध्यस्थम् करार को फाइल करने और/या मध्यस्थ की नियुक्ति के लिए आवेदन ) करने के साथ आरंभ होता है और खुले न्यायालय में निर्णय सुनाए जाने के साथ समाप्त होता है .
